I wasn’t raised in a culture. I was raised in the absence of one. We grew up not Iranian enough, not American enough. Never feeling enough. We were ghosts. Floating. Watching. Reaching. I think we were searching for home in others. We learnt how to read rooms, build bridges, and decode energy.

This search for home became our compass. It made us sensitive to the power of emotion and the depth of experience. It made us obsessed with people and places, the things that spark memory and meaning. In our duality. We knew there were others all over the world, Paris, Tokyo, NYC, Berlin, Jakarta, Tehran, Kyiv, just like us, just like me.

Our shared quest for a home, for belonging, became the emotional foundation for LOVECHILD. Intentionally, LOVECHILD is not fully this. And it’s not entirely that. LOVECHILD is a mindset.
